The 2025 Ford Maverick has five trims — XL, XLT, Lobo, Lariat, and Tremor. A refreshed front fascia with darkened headlamp covers and a redesigned bumper creates a bold first impression across all models. The base XL has 17-inch steel wheels, while the XLT upgrades to 17-inch Carbonized, gray-painted aluminum wheels. The new Lobo has 19-inch black rally-inspired wheels and a lowered ride height, complemented by a distinctive black roof and unique grille design. The Lariat has 19-inch machined-face bright aluminum wheels, while the Tremor focuses on off-road capability with 17-inch machined-face Tarnished Dark aluminum wheels and elevated ground clearance.

The innovative FLEXBED Storage System, standard across all trims, includes six pickup box tie-downs and multiple mounting points for custom storage solutions. The cargo bed is 54.4 inches long and 53.3 inches wide, providing 33.3 cubic feet of cargo volume. A practical lift-in height of 30.4 inches makes loading and unloading cargo easy.

The standard 2.5-liter hybrid engine generates 191 horsepower and 155 pound-feet of torque and is available in the XL, XLT, and Lariat trims. The optional 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine delivers 238 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque. This engine is standard in the Lobo and Tremor trims and optional for the XL, XLT, and Lariat models.

The Maverick maintains impressive capability with a maximum towing capacity of 4,000 pounds when equipped with the available towing package and a payload capacity of up to 1,500 pounds. Available all-wheel drive provides improved traction across various driving conditions, with standard four-wheel drive on the Lobo and Tremor trims. The Lobo has a performance-tuned suspension, modified steering, and upgraded brakes for more dynamic handling. The Tremor adds off-road-focused elements, including an electronic locking rear differential and specialized suspension tuning for enhanced trail capability.

A 13.2-inch touch-screen infotainment display is standard across all trims and includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The Lariat has a power-adjustable driver's seat and dual-zone climate control, complemented by an eight-speaker B&O sound system. The Lobo adds ActiveX trimmed seats with Grabber Blue and Electric Lime accent stitching. Storage solutions throughout the cabin maximize utility while seating accommodates five passengers comfortably.
