2023 Ford Edge

The 2023 Edge comes in five trims, including the SE, which has an Iconic-Silver-painted grille featuring a honeycomb design and chrome-finished surround, BI-LED low- and high-beam headlights, and a dual integrated exhaust system. The SEL adds LED signature lighting featuring dark bezel headlamps, while the ST-Line has a Pillar-Black-painted grille with a mesh design and an ST-Line fender badge.

On the Titanium, you'll find a chrome-finished grille featuring a bar design and chrome surround, a bright-chrome-tipped dual exhaust, and LED fog lights featuring chrome bezels. The top trim, the ST, announces its arrival with a glossy black mesh grille emblazoned with a trim-exclusive logo. This model also features trim-exclusive fascias and LED fog lights with Satin Aluminum bezels.

A twin-scroll 2.0-liter EcoBoost I-4 turbocharged direct-injection engine powers the 2023 Edge SE. This same engine is featured in the SEL, ST-Line, and Titanium models and produces 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. Ford equips the ST with a 2.7L EcoBoost V-6 twin-turbocharged direct-injection engine that generates 335 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. A Class II Trailer Package is standard on the ST and available for the SEL, ST-Line, and Titanium models and gives the Edge a 3,500-pound towing capacity.

The lower Edge trims come with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the ST model comes with a seven-speed automatic. Both systems are compatible with available paddle shifters, which allow you to shift manually from gear to gear quickly. Every Edge comes equipped with Ford's intelligent all-wheel-drive system, which balances torque between the front and rear wheels for uniform traction and stability, whether you're traveling on a city street or venturing down a muddy trail. When you engage Sport Mode, you'll experience faster acceleration, enhanced engine response, and more agile handling.

The 2023 Edge seats five, with the SE featuring cloth upholstery, a four-way manual adjustable driver's seat, and a two-way adjustable passenger seat. Inside the SEL, you'll find ActiveX upholstery, an eight-way power adjustable driver's seat with heating, and a four-way power passenger seat with heating. The ST-Line pairs ActiveX seating surfaces with stylish Miko inserts and red stitching.

With the Titanium, you can take advantage of FreeForm Sport bucket seats with ActiveX upholstery, a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat, and a six-way power adjustable passenger seat. Finally, the ST model features leather-trimmed seats with Miko inserts. Every Edge provides 73.4 cubic feet of cargo volume when you fold down the rear seats and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

The 2023 Ford Edge's safety features include a pre-collision assist system that can detect cars and pedestrians entering your path and sense when a collision is imminent. The system will apply the brakes if necessary. If your Edge drifts and you don't have the turn signal on, the lane-keeping system will steer it back into place. Other safety features include a blind-spot monitoring system, a rearview camera, and adaptive cruise control.
