2020 Ford F-150

The F-150 is available in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trim levels, along with the off-road specialist Raptor that has its own unique styling and features. The XL trim has black bumpers, daytime running lights, 17-inch steel wheels, and a cargo lamp, while the XLT adds chrome bumpers, fog lights, alloy wheels, and power mirrors. Lariat models feature 18-inch wheels, LED tailgate light, and color-keyed door handles and heated auto-dimming, power-folding mirrors with turn signals, LED approach lights, and memory. The King Ranch offers LED lighting and remote tailgate release, while Platinum has color-keyed bumpers, 20-inch wheels, and power deployable running boards. Limited trim features 22-inch wheels and a twin panel moonroof.

The engine options begin with a 3.3-liter V-6 that generates 290 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque via a six-speed automatic transmission. Next up is a 2.7-liter EcoBoost engine delivering 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque, while an available 5.0-liter V-8 produces 395 horsepower and 400 pound-feet. A 3.5-liter turbocharged V-6 delivers 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque, while a high output version gives you 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet. Finally, you can opt for a 3.0-liter V-6 turbo-diesel that offers 250 horsepower and 440 pound-feet. All but the base engine are mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Depending on the configuration of the cab, bed, and engine, the F-150 has a payload of up to 3,270 pounds and a maximum towing capacity of 13,200 pounds. When the going gets tough, the available AWD system takes you where you need to be. For hauling trailers, standard and optional smart towing features make it easier.

In the cabin of the XL, you'll find air conditioning, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, two 12-volt power points, FordPass Connect with a Wi-Fi hot spot, and four-speaker audio. The XLT features cruise control, and the Sync 3 infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen and smartphone integration.
